(A) Alphonse Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist): Younger brother of Edward Elric the "fullmetal alchemist" but is often mistaken as that codename for the fact that he is literally fully metal most of the series. O_O
(B) Bankotsu (InuYasha): Leader of the undead mercenaries known as the Band of Seven who puts up quite a fight with Inuyasha thanks to his huge-ass sword. ...He looks way too much like a remake of Hiten though....
(C) Coyote Starrk (BLEACH): Espada number 1 who's always sleeping. Meh...
(D) Gilbert Durandel (Gundam SEED Destiny): Chairman of the PLANTS. Devises a completely ludicris plan control humanity's fate using genes. Will order assassins to kill anyone that might be a threat to his intentions.
(E) Edward Elric (Fullmetal Alchemist): Protagonist as well as holder of the codename "fullmetal alchemist". He and Alphonse are on a quest to find the philosopher's stone.
(F) (Fire Lord) Zuko (Avatar: The Last Airbender): One of the antagonists of the series because of his many attempts to capture Aang to gain his honor back. Can be a bit emo at times, but when he's firebending, he kicks ass.
(G) Grimmjow Jeagerjaques (BLEACH): Espada number 6. Known for his f-bombs and smexy kitty-eyes. He would've beaten Ichigo's ass in their final epic battle but unfortunately, Ichigo's a freaking gary stu!!!
(H) Hiten (InuYasha): Leader of the Thunder Brothers. Along with his little brother Manten who looks nothing like him, he wrecks havoc with his lightning staff.
(I) Inuyasha (InuYasha): Protagonist. Born of a human mother and a dog demon father. He is very sensitive and often cannot take a joke - qualities that spark most of his many arguments with his girlfriend Kagome.
(J) Kira Yamato (A.K.A. Jesus Yamato) (Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny): Protagonist of Gundam SEED and secondary character of Destiny. A crybaby in the first series, a prophet in the second. The result of his father's experiment to craft a coordinator (genetically enhanced human) with perfect genes. As such, is one of the most accurately depicted Gary Stu's in all anime history.
(K) Koga (InuYasha): Leader of the Wolf Demon Tribe in the Western Feudal Japan. Very boastful despite appearing as a coward most of the time. Has a crush on Kagome and fails to recognize that she's only got the hots for Inuyasha, his rival.
(L) Light Yagami (Death Note): Protagonist who picks up a mysterious notebook called Death Note. Incredibly intelligent and with mind-blowing logic, he comes up with brilliant plans to keep his identity hidden. The power of the book causes him to believe throughout the series that he is freaking invincible.
(M) Mugen (Samurai Champloo): A rogue samurai. He is incredibly rude and vulgar and loves picking fights but is very skilled in combat.
(N) Naraku (InuYasha): Evil mastermind of the series. Half demon born from demons feeding on an evil brigand (whatever that means...). He lusted for Inuyasha's first girlfriend Kikyo and ended their relationship, killing Kikyo in the process. He uses people to hunt Inuyasha while watching the bloodshed from the sidelines. When Inuyasha's power increases he runs and hides, but he still manages to look incredibly hot and dangerous.
(O) Orochimaru (Naruto): Main antagonist of Part 1 and secondary antagonist of Part 2. Known as one of the most powerful ninjas in all of Konohagakure and one of the "Three Legendary Shinobi".
(P) Palco Folgore (Zatch Bell): Probably the most handsome thing in the entire series. He is one of the secondary protagonists along with his mamado Kanchome, this adorable duck-thing. He is friends with the main protagonist Kiyo and his mamado Zatch.
(Q) Uryu Ishida (Quincy) (BLEACH): One of the secondary protagonists. He is very smart, logical and has a knack for sewing. He makes it look like a martial art too! He is the last living quincy, a human with superpowers to destroy hollows and obliterate their souls by shooting arrows.
(R) Renji Abarai: One of the secondary protagonists. He and Ichigo often quarrel, but they are very much alike, having the same morals and beliefs, though he's no Gary Stu. He is the lieutenant of Squad 6 of the 13 court gaurds, a group of the most powerful soul reapers alive, despite starting out as a homeless boy.
(S) Sesshomaru (InuYasha): Supporting character. Inuyasha's older half-brother of the same father. He is a pure-blood, fully-fledged dog demon with lethal combat potential. Though he can appear to lack empathy, he has a soft-spot for a young human girl, and will stop at nothing to protect her and his henchman Jaken though he'll never admit it.
(T) Tamahome (Fushigi Yugi): Secondary protagonist. He is character in a magical book called The Universe of the Four Gods. The protagonist Miaka comes across this book in the library, plunges into the world of the book, meets and falls in love with him. Because she falls into the book, she is believed to be the priestess of one of the 4 Gods and Tamahome is destined to protect her with his life.
(U) Ulquiorra Schiffer (BLEACH): Espada number 4. Known by the fans as "batman", he is the most emotionless of all the espada and one of the most powerful. He kidnaps Orihime and as such, protagonist Ichigo just down-right hates him.
(V) Holland Novak (Eureka 7): Leader of the outlaw military group Gekkostate and captain of Gekkostate's main ship the Gekko. He is very quick to anger and can be extremely hostile - particularily to Renton, the protagonist. Holland is a very strong leader and will stop at nothing to protect his comrades.
(W) Andrew Waltfeld (Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny): Coordinator known as the Desert Tiger, he is a very highly skilled mobile suit pilot. He has strong opinions on food habits and is obsessed with brewing coffee, qualities that make him very lovable.
(X) Teru Mikami (X Kira) (Death Note): Selected by Light Yagami to assist him and confuse the FBI in their search of Kira.
(Y) Yoh Komiyama (Koukou Debut): Secondary protagonist. Haruna the protagonist chooses him as her "coach" to help her become skilled in attracting men. He tells her he will help on one condition: that she never fall in love with him. But that's kind of impossible when he's so freaking hot!
(Z) Athrun Zala (Gundam SEED and Gundam SEED Destiny): Second protagonist of both series. In Destiny, he takes leadership thanks to Durandal and pwns Shinn Asuka, the protagonist brat with his moral teachings. He is the center of attention for the ladies despite being secretly engaged. His biggest flaw would be his hesitation in choosing sides which causes people to label him as a traitor.
